Visual positioning laser marking machine (CCD visual marking machine) is a high-performance laser marking machine with fully automatic visual positioning achieved by matching galvanometer automatic correction software on an intelligent CCD visual positioning system.
The CCD camera positioning system is used to guide laser marking, with precise positioning. The marked products can be placed freely, and multiple products can be placed at once. The software can automatically recognize any position, angle, or shape of the products, and complete automatic marking of multiple products at once.
According to the customer's process effect, different wavelength lasers can be selected, such as 1064nm, 355nm, 10600nm, etc;
According to customer feeding requirements, it can be matched with mechanical platforms such as dual flow waterlines, X/Y platforms, and multiple workstations;
Based on customer efficiency requirements, static visual positioning and dynamic flight visual positioning (sensor sensing/automatic photo sensing) can be achieved
