Technical Innovation! Bimega Launches Integrated Vial Box Code Collection, Coding & Defect Rejection Solution to Build Closed-Loop 3-Level Pharmaceutical Traceability
August 13, 2026, Guangzhou – Guangzhou Bimega Intelligent System Technology Co., Ltd. officially releases self-developed all-in-one intelligent solution for full vial-box-carton QR code association, laser marking, visual inspection and defective rejection. Targeting traceability pain points of pharmaceutical, bioreagent and medical beauty vial packaging lines worldwide, the equipment realizes full automatic one-item-one-code control, and seamlessly connects with Russia 1C system & enterprise ERP, helping pharmaceutical manufacturers comply with GMP and global drug supervision traceability regulations.
Stricter global drug traceability regulations require full-lifecycle tracking for every single vial. Traditional production lines rely on manual scanning and separated coding & inspection machines, suffering frequent issues like missed scanning, duplicate codes, unqualified products outflow, isolated data between vial-box-carton, poor compatibility with overseas management systems. Bimega’s new solution adopts 3 independent high-precision industrial cameras to realize segmented full-process data control:
The 1st camera scans QR codes on caps of 24 vials per box, binds all vial data to generate exclusive box code, and sends data to laser marker to print QR code, batch number & production date on packaging boxes;
The 2nd camera carries out high-precision visual inspection on bottom box codes, intelligently identifies duplicate, missing, blurry and damaged codes, and automatically rejects defective boxes via pneumatic mechanism to avoid flawed products entering film covering station;
The 3rd camera continuously collects QR data of qualified boxes, generates unique outer carton code after accumulating 20 boxes, transmits data to label printer, and supports manual PDA carton code collection & filing.
The system supports dual data management modes: permanent local storage & real-time data upload to ERP / 1C system, recording complete traceability data from single vial to outer carton with 99.99% data recognition accuracy. Modular 304 stainless steel frame meets cleanroom standards for pharmaceutical workshops, and can be seamlessly integrated with existing filling, capping and film covering production lines for fast upgrade.
For overseas export business, the solution is fully compatible with Russia 1C Honest Mark system, digital platforms of Central Asia & Southeast Asian pharmaceutical factories, equipped with multi-language operation interface and CE certification. Mass inquiries and trial orders have been received from domestic lyophilized powder, vaccine manufacturers, as well as pharmaceutical packaging enterprises in Russia and Pakistan.
