For quality control, the high-definition industrial vision system with self-developed algorithm accurately identifies various defects: missing labels, offset labels, wrinkled labels, blurry QR codes, missing codes, duplicate codes, broken codes and unrecognizable codes. Once abnormalities are detected, the pneumatic rejection unit is triggered instantly to isolate non-conforming products fundamentally, preventing defective goods from entering the market and greatly improving shipment quality and qualified rate.
In terms of digital system docking, the equipment reserves standard data interfaces for seamless connection with enterprise ERP systems, Russian 1C warehouse management systems and WMS systems. It supports automatic data upload, report generation and batch traceability inquiry, solving the problems of scattered offline production data and difficult cross-border traceability. The machine fully complies with pharmaceutical UDI regulation, GS1 international traceability standards and foreign trade export compliance requirements.
